I think I am Depressed:
“I think I am depressed” this is the first thing that came into our mind. When we cannot follow up on our daily routine and I searched it on google, the same statement that I think I am depressed, so I got several search results and articles on this topic.
We can find every 2 seconds around the world the word’ Depression‘ on the search list of Google. The reason is 9 out of every 10 persons are facing depression, while the reason could be anything. It’s easy to detect a depressed person sometimes, but mostly it’s difficult to detect such a person.
Causes of Depression:
Depression causes a lot of diseases these days like diabetes, cancer, blood pressure, etc. When a person is diagnosed with this kind of disease, he immediately starts taking medicines to cure the disorder instead of focusing on the cause of this disorder. And taking these artificial chemicals, they put their lives actually in danger. This needs to stop or else it can eat a lot of lives. The person facing depression is more likely to disagree with us when he is told that something is bothering them as they assume that facing a problem or not able to solve it is embarrassing, so they deny the fact that they are having trouble. We must help them and convince them to cure their depression.
Many people assume that getting rid of the fact that is depressing them is the only way to overcome the depression while the truth is that there are many facts in our life which cannot be changed and keep on targeting us, so here we don’t have to get rid of that fact instead we have to change our feelings about that fact. It is easy to overcome your depression or to help someone deal with it.
A state of Subconsciousness:
According to mind science, depression is the state of subconsciousness. The more you are conscious, the more you would have felt good and light. But the fact is, in this fast-moving era we have to follow a certain routine daily and have forgotten the fact that the human body works like a machine, but this machine needs personal time for a healthy mind and soul. And what are we about to do during this personal time, Overthinking, regretting, cursing, or feeling guilty?
This is not what we need here or what we are asking you for. What we want you to do is simply knowing your depression. Accepting the facts and figures making you depressed. Analyze the problems and issues and try to solve them. Here we use the word “try” intentionally. To let you guys know that every issue is not meant to be solved. It’s simply the fact of life which we see as an issue. And what are you going to do if you are unable to solve a certain issue? You are going to simply start to see it as a fact of life instead of an issue. Cause human beings are never bothered by the facts they know are natural and won’t be changed.
Here I want to add a statement that is very important and always neglected and that is, “Depression, fear and sadness are three different things”.
What is Depression?
As sadness is something that occurs due to our past. While fear occurs when we do not want certain happenings in our future but depression is a mixture of fear, sadness, stress, anger, agony, hate and many other feelings even lust sometimes becomes the reason for a person’s depression that is why a person is more likely to lose his life due to depression or other than any other emotion that is on its peak.
The only cure for our depression is peace. Yeah, you read it write Peace. We need peace to overcome our depression and peace to keep ourselves calm, and we need peace to keep our emotions in balance.
This is not peace:
We are not talking about peace which is well-known in our society where nobody disagrees with your opinion, where your proposal is never rejected, where you are always offered help when you need it, where you get what you want, where nobody hates you. No!, this is not peace.
That’s the imaginary world that never existed, and this image of peace is the root cause of our depression. What we meant to be peaceful is the acceptance of the world we are living in, accepting people around us, along with the behaviour they carry along with them. Acceptance is the real meaning of peace. And peace is the only cure for our depression.
